We have an online presence with a company called "Demand Force." This is an interactive site that uses e-mail and text messaging to remind you of your appointments.  It also sends surveys to our patients so we can get feedback from them.  Demand Force also has an online appointment request component.  Here is a link to our Demand Force site so you can easily request some appointment times, or send us an e-mail.
